We are happy to announce new episodes called "Walk Through" episodes. In these episodes, we (Andrew & Emily) briefly review some takeaways from previous episodes and walk you through how the application of principles taught by our guests has been going. We open up about our wins and fails and are vulnerable about how its really going and how we still want to improve. We know that every week we come at you with so many new principles and takeaways and applications and it can be hard to keep up or feel motivated to act, so we thought we would do this to show you that we are working on it too, and we sure as heck are not perfect at all! We also want to encourage you to revisit those important principles taught to us by are amazing guests--because mastering ALL the applications taught even in one episode takes far longer than just one week.
